Mark your calendars and join us for an interesting and important discussion on legal issues and the creative arts.

APRIL 16: SPECIAL TOPIC PRESENTATION WITH BRIAN GOLDSTEIN

Successful professionals and businesses in the creative arts must address and resolve the same legal challenges as any other business, while at the same time addressing issues and challenges unique to the arts—especially as new technologies and media expand the opportunities and methodology for developing and distributing creative services, products, and materials. However, armed with a reasonable amount of knowledge and creativity, these issues and challenges can easily be met.

With expertise in representing and counseling clients in all the major fields of entertainment and the arts, including the visual and performing arts, multi-media production, and music, Brian Taylor Goldstein is a well-known speaker at conferences, schools, and professional organizations around the nation. He will present basic copyright, contract, and business concepts and practical considerations in a way that makes these concepts accessible and understandable, and even entertaining, as well as well as address your specific questions and concerns.
